Multiple Instances of Same Application

I am trying to update records using an application that is deployed across multiple workstations in our production shop.

Each application has a different Consumer Key/Secret and Token Key/Secret, but as soon as the second one makes a request, I get blocked on all stations. Would I need to purchase a separate user for each of these applications? If so, what was the point of tokenizing the authentication?
