Finding attachments associated to a customer

I'm attempting to use the FileSearch to locate the attachments associated to a customer.

I've set the shopperJoin equal to a new CustomerSearchBasic item, with a search value set.

No matter how I attempt to configure either the file or customer parts of the search, the webservice attempts to return all the attachments in the File Cabinet.

If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
