Looking at "Custom Transaction Form" in UI. Can't find via API. Type?

Take a look at the following img. Got to it by "customization →forms →transaction forms" in the UI, but can't find it via the SuiteTalk api. I've tried TransactionSearch, FileSearch... what type of object is it and which search type do I use? (I know the internalId as well as all the information shown in the picture.)
