Are relationships available via the API

I am trying to view and create relationships via the api. I am using the .Net NSClient example code to view the response from a 'GetCustomer' call, but I am not seeing any property that would reference the Vendor or Partner record that is found on the 'Relationships' tab under the customer when logged in to the front end.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for what field or property would contain this data.
