Production: SuiteTalk deposit doesn't save memo or tranDate

We integrated using the Sandbox to create deposits using SuiteTalk wsdl 2018-2. We specified the memo field and tranDate (along with tranDateSpecified set to true). Saving and retrieving the deposit in the sandbox returned successful and contained all the appropriate data.

We switched from the NetSuite Sandbox to Production and saving deposits is being reported as successful. We retrieve the newly created deposit the tranDate being set to today's date instead of the one specified and the memo is null. We're not seeing any errors during the save. Is it possible there is a permission issue when we changed tokens that are not allowing those two fields (memo and trandate) to be updated?
