Changing the FROM email on outgoing email message?
While I've been working with SuiteTalk and Netsuite since last October. I've yet to write a SuiteScript.
I need to figure out a way to change the from email address on an outgoing email. The situation is this.... we run two websites, our sales reps handle calls for both. When a lead comes into Netsuite, it is categorized based upon which website it came from.
When the Sales Rep emails or quotes this prospect, I need to either allow the sales rep to select which email address they wish to send from. Or default it based upon Customer Category.
Is this possible with SuiteScript?
