Not able to load flex object in Portlet

I am trying to load a flex object (swf) using the following potlet. I have attached this in the Home dashboard but it does not load. It keeps showing the loading icon but never loads. I can send the SimpleRibbitPhone.swf if someone can help me in this. Thanks for your help !!
