Client script saveRecord function - new document ID
Hi, I have a script that will run on the Client as a Save Record function. I can grab the ID of an existing document using nlapiGetRecordId(), but is there any way to get the ID of a newly created document on the client side?
The reason we are wanting to work on the client side is that we need to reach a web service that may only be visible within the user's company, and not visible to the NS "cloud" via the internet. We also realize there are other ways to approach the endpoint visibility issue but wanted to explore every option in the scripts first.
