New Custom Report/Form

Hello All,

1. Is it possible to create a completely new report in NetSuite?

When I click on Reports -> New Report in the Admin Role, I get a list of existing reports which I can customise. I want to create a report which is not existing as a standard report in NetSuite. For e.g., A report to see all employees and all tasks associated with the employees in the same report as a matrix. Can we do this as part of customisation/ Advanced customisation/ Suite Scripts.

2. Similar to 1, can I create a new entry form in NetSuite. e.g., a form to accept feedback on a project.
