Invalid Session in Apache axis

I am using apache axis 1.4 for creating webservice client(recommended by netsuite)I can connect to Netsuite but unable to do further operation like getting Records like bills(VendorBill),vendors etc. due to invalid session

I have applied the patch file for axis 1.4 provided by netsuite. still the problem persists.

I got the following error: Make sure you are using Netsuite endorsed Axis .jar

Any immediate help is appreciated
