How to join to SDN ?

I requested to join SDN and recevied this email "Please file a Support Case using the SDN Support Request tab which can be found using the APC NDN or APC BFN role". But i have not seen APC rule in all my roles and don't see SDN Support Request tab.
How to do this ?. Please help me. Thanks
