Add custom field to Other Deposits on the Deposit form

I'm trying to add a custom list field in the Other Deposits sublist on a custom deposit form but when I'm in edit mode, the subtab does not even display.  The closest I got was adding the custom list in the Deposits tab above Other Deposits.  I tried using the Moving Elements Between Subtabs tool but the Other Deposits subtab isn't displaying as an option.
