CSV import with commas

I'm importing contacts and companies, and these records have commas inside Name (EntityID) fields. like

Faith, Jason
(it is a Contact in then Midwest company)

Now i have a custom record that refers to the contact
I know i should

Midwest:Faith, Jason

How do I tell NS to not treat comma in the  Midwest:Faith, Jason as a field separator?

I'v tried

'Midwest:Faith/, Jason'
"Midwest:Faith/, Jason"
Midwest:Faith/, Jason
'Midwest:Faith, Jason'
"Midwest:Faith, Jason"

nothing works... Please help!
