Hello Forum,
Even I know this problem is related to our site, I am hoping someone here had the same problem and might be able to help our Administrator finding the correct settings for our Small Business Server.
Last Thursday our company switched from a "direct" Internet connection to the Microsoft "Small Business Server" as Proxy. I added the Proxy settings to my NetSuite client and after that I was able to login via SuiteTalk. The problem now is, that it seems like the connection to NetSuite gets cut, when for a certain amount of time, no data passes between my application and NetSuite. Is there anything that can be done in the settings of the Small Business Server, so the above exception does not occure anymore?
