Creation of a SupportCase

Hi,

I'm trying to create a support case via SuiteTalk web services.  I receive an error that includes in its detail the following message: Please enter value(s) for: Assigned To.  So if I assign an employee to the case at the creation it works without problem.

The issue is that if a wanted to create a support case using the NetSuite's web based user interface I wouldn't be required to assign it upon creation.  From the business standpoint it also is a great problem because we should be able to create support cases and let the support members "grab" these cases via the user interface.
