Webservices from mobile device ce5.0

I am using VB.net and compact framework 2.0 and I am trying to connect to NetSuite webservices from a mobile device. I keep getting the error "Could not establish trust relationship with remote server". Searching on Internet indicates that this might happen because CE is not trusting the remote server. They suggest installing a certificate on the remote device. Does NetSuite offer a webservices SSL certificate? Any other ideas of how to get past this error?
