Best way to get a list of all Orders with their line items

Hi, I'm wondering what the best way to get a list of orders with their line items from Netsuite over the SuiteTalk wsdl.

Right now what I'm doing is performing a Transaction Search to get the list of orders with their internal IDs, and then using that to call getList to get orders with their corresponding line items. Is there anyway that this could be combined into one call to netsuite?
