Discount : Flat Fee vs. Percentage

I am using the ItemSearchAdvanced and a Saved Search to return all of the Discount Items.  What field/s do I need to add to the report to tell the difference between a Discount of $10 and a Discount of 10%?  Both items return with a baseprice of -10.0(double) even though the Base Price on the saved search in NetSuite shows -10.00 and -10.00%
