KPI scorecard and dashboard formatting change

Since the change to 2019.1 the appearance of our KPI scorecards and dashboards and significantly changed for the worse. The formatting is now much "lighter" meaning key things don't stand out as clearly as they used to (like coloured up and down trend arrows). I've trawled through the appearance settings in my preferences, but it's made no difference.
