SuiteApprovals 3.0 - System Generated Journal Entries
We recently installed SuiteApprovals 3.0 in our Production environment, only for Journal Entries right now. However, after I set up our approval rule, I noticed that system-generated (allocation and amortization) entries, when created, get rejected right away, but once edited by someone with the appropriate approval limit and saved, they are approved. Is there a way to include these types of journal entries, that do not have an employee creator, in the approval flow so that they aren't rejected when first created?
