Case Submission Form Enhancement > Time Zone Field
The new Time Zone field has been added to the Case Submission form and is located right below the phone field:
- For Authorized Contacts the time zone field will default to a value set on Authorized Contact record and available for editing.
- For Non-Authorized Contacts the field is blank by default with option to set it.
This will allow users to specify the time zone they are located in to improve the experience with NetSuite Support.
