Case Notification Updates because of BotNet?
We have a transaction (case) that we opened (and closed) for a specific customer and now it appears that SPAMMERS are sending their spam emails thru using this "created case" that we did in Netsuite. All emails are sent from Netsuite so I know this is not on our end. Does anyone know how I can resolve this? I have attached the email 'updates' I get on the case which shows the spam email going out from the 'case'. Sorry - I am confused on how to address this. I zipped the email (Outlook) file so I could upload it.
