Delaying an Order to be fulfilled

Hi,

I have created a shortcut to 'Items to be fulfilled'. Although I can change location etc I can't customise it enough so that it excludes certain orders. Example, we run a pet healthcare site and some items we sell we require a prescription from the customer. With these orders, we would like to put them aside as such, because until we receive the prescription, we can't fulfil it.

I have tried changing the start date of the order, thinking the system would realise it doesn't need to be fulfilled yet, but it made no difference.
