Displaying Inactivated Records in a List/Record field

Hi There,

We have a list/record field that is linked to a custom record type. In this custom record we have made some records inactive. But the issue is those inactivated values are still showing up on the custom list field that was referenced to.

Is that an issue with Netsuie? Or else is there any procedure thatweI can follow to avoid this?
