Client Script Run in Parent Record

Hi all,

I have a Custom Record linked to a Customer Parent Record.  I have created a Client Script - at record level (not form level) - on the Save Record event.  When using the Custom Record's form UI, upon saving the record, the Client Script executes; however, it doesn't execute if the user is in Edit mode of the Parent Customer record.

Is there a way to have the script execute in both the Custom Record's UI as well as the Parent Record UI?  Have I not set up the Client Script Deployment correctly perhaps?
