Talent - employee-style payments (particularly in Australia) : Experience?

Hi

Does any one have experience of paying Talent in Australia? Do you complete this through NetSuite, an add-on or an external piece of software?

The requirements are that when our Australian advertising agency makes payment to an individual for Talent services (e.g. Artist fees) payroll tax and other taxes need to be deducted, pension/superannuation payments made, annual reporting to the Australian Tax Office and also tax reporting to the individual.

Any advice or guidance would be really helpful!
