Australian GST calculations on Media buying - Experience?

Hi

We have an Australia media buying agency that we are integrating with NetSuite for their main ERP/back-end finance. It has been mentioned that the treatment of GST (Goods and Services Tax) is different in Australia for media buying/spend - however I am unable to find any information on the internet for this.

Does anyone have any experience or understanding of this area of Australia tax law?
