Third Party (CAS) Single Sign-On in Using Updateable PDF Forms

We've recently made it through a full HCM (HR, Base Benefits, PNA) but are having trouble making the updateable pdf forms (W-4) work with our CAS Single Sign on system. Does anyone have experience with single sign on (specifically 3rd party) and how to make it work? Currently, our employees are unable to update their W-4s via ESS.
