What version of JDeveloper is certified for E1 9.1.5

hello there we are currently migrating from 9.14 to 9.15 .  we do quite a bit of work with BSSV's and I have been struggling to find out which is the best version of JDeveloper to install and integrate in to JDE for 9.1.5

I would be very greatfull for any advise from the community
