An Internal NetSuite Proxy is Being Shut Down
This notice is intended for accounts where SuiteTalk SOAP web services requests or RESTlets requests are not being sent to the correct data center. Sending requests to the wrong data center causes the requests to be internally redirected or rerouted, also called being proxied. Being proxied means that it takes extra time for your requests to complete.
What is Changing?
On June 18, 2019 we will shut down this internal proxy. This is the proxy that is redirecting your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlets requests. If you do not correct your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlets requests before we shut down the proxy for your account, these requests will fail.
