Multiple sales reps per customer entity

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the Customer <-> Sales Rep relationship.

Some of our customers have multiple reps, depending on the Brand (Department) they are purchasing products from. So we can map the reps correctly, we currently have duplicate entities for these customers, each linked to a different rep.

The issue is that our reports and saved searches have to be run multiple times (once per entity) when we want to aggregate data for these customers, and we have to edit multiple customers if the address or the contact changes.

Does anyone have a solution to link multiple reps to a given customer, other than the way we are doing it right now?
