The Email Maximum Size Limit Has Changed to 15 MB
This notification to inform you that as of June 20, 2019, the size limit for email (including attachments) is now 15 MB.
What is Changing?
As of June 20, 2019, the maximum size limit for email sent from NetSuite is 15 MB. The 15 MB limit (before encoding) is for the body text of the email and any attachments. The 15 MB limit allows room for additional overhead such as the email header information and encoding of the message.
The total size of the email message, attachments, and header information after encoding is approximately 20 MB. Before this change, the maximum email size limit was documented as approximately 23 MB. The documentation has been updated to state the 15 MB limit.
