Gateway Timeout when Changing Item Expense Account
I have three Non-Inventory Items for Resale which refer to an older GL account in the 'Expense Account' field.
I need to change each to the new GL account, but NetSuite is giving a cryptic error message.
I have been able to successfully change the GL account on other items, but these three keep failing.
Here's what happens:
1. From the item record, change the Expense Account. Click Save.
2. A notification message pops up stating that existing transactions will be updated. I have re-opened all of the accounting periods that could be affected.
3. After a few minutes this Gateway Timeout appears
