Filter Custom CRM List Field by Role
Hi Everyone:
I'm trying to filter a custom CRM Field by User Role.
Scenario:
- Custom CRM Field "Disposition"
- This is a List/Record type field
- Field appears on all Activity Records (Task, Phone Call, Events)
- I'd like to filter the items that appear in the drop-down based on User Role
- ie. If User Role = Support123 only display items in list that begin with "Support:"
There are a couple of articles in SuiteAnswers. Is a UserEvent / Suitelet the only solution? Or can this be accomplished via a Workflow?
