Closing an RMA in NetSuite via API gives error - INVALID_KEY_OR_REF
Hello,
I have created a Boomi process that accepts a request to close an RMA in NetSuite. The XML payload being passed to NetSuite (which gets included in the SOAP request) is below. The version of NetSuite is
NetSuite (Edition: United States) Release 2019.1
The response I get back from NetSuite is below the XML payload.
Does anyone have experience with closing RMAs via the API and might know which fields need to be passed in? Even though the payload below does not show passing in orderStatus, I have tried passing in orederStatus (tried setting to Closed & H) and get an error
