Upcoming Change to Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Payment File Administration Email Notifications
This notice is intended for customers using the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. The next release of this SuiteApp will include a change to Batch Payments, Positive Pay and Customer Refund email subject lines. This change will affect accounts that process batch payments, positive pay and customer refund files.
What is Changing
As of July 23, 2019, a unique PFA ID will be added to subject lines in new PFA Processing Completed and PFA Processing Failed email notifications. This PFA ID is a unique identifier for each system email notification that supports easy identification of successful or failed batch payment, positive pay and customer refund processes.
