Upcoming Changes to the Fixed Asset Management SuiteApp in 19.2
This notice is intended for customers using NetSuite’s Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp. The changes described in this notice are targeted for Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp in 2019.2.
What is Changing? | Recommended Actions |
| Period 0 in Lease Accounting Period 0 is will be considered in the interest computation for the lease payments. The period between the 1st and the 15th of the month is considered as Period 0. When the first lease payment date falls within the Period 0, no interest will be computed, and the principal amount will be equal to the lease payment amount. | No action required. |
| Asset Proposal page To improve asset proposal performance, the generation of the asset proposal and the asset records have been separated into different processes. |
