OpenAir Production, Sandbox, Demo Maintenance Notification – August 10, 2019 and August 17, 2019
This communication is to notify you of a service interruption while we perform required hardware maintenance that will impact access to all OpenAir production, sandbox and demo accounts. These downtimes are needed to perform critical server maintenance.
OpenAir Sandbox, Demo: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 4 hours on Saturday, August 10 beginning at 10:00PM ET.
OpenAir Production: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 4 hours on Saturday, August 17 beginning at 10:00PM ET.
Any users logged in during the service interruption period will need to log out and log back in after the maintenance completes in order to restore service. Please contact OpenAir Customer Support should you have any questions.
