Gamma Horizon - Webservice Endpoint 2012.2
Hi There,
we've been testing a new piece of phone integration software with the Gamma Horizon phone system. The idea is that it record pops when the phone call comes in which was 1 of the decisive features.
We've just been alerted to the fact its using 2012.2 as the endpoint, obviously this is being removed in the next release.
Quick questions:
1. If you've used the platform, how do they often handle the updates to the NS integration?
2. curious to know how you've found the integration and Horizon itself?
Bit of an obscure 1 but we're starting to move over and was just curious.
