South American clients withholding income tax
Question: How are companies handling South American clients withholding 1-30% for income tax that is remitted on products purchased from cross border entities?
For example: Peruvian based companies remit Peruvian Income Tax 1-30%, which is being withheld for Peruvian income tax, and the company only remits the net payment amount.
