CloudExtend Outlook alternatives?

Has anyone had any success with anything other than CloudExtend for Outlook?

Our customer focused teams use Outlook for a lot of their communications and need to attach some of those communications, files, and calendar entries to Outlook records. Previously they had been using the NetSuite Outlook connector with success and we have been finding that Celigo's CloudExtend is not meeting their needs.

It looks like Riva is the only other option out there. I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with them?
