How do we carry out an Inventory Count when using Pick Pack Ship
We currently use Pick / Pack / Ship, and fulfilments are not marked Shipped until delivered.
How do we use the Inventory Count process to carry out regular stock counts, when this only uses the Stock 'On Hand' figure and not Stock 'Available'?
Under the current system stock counts have to include stock that is 'Packed', but this is not practical when they are in packed in vans.
We can potentially mark all deliveries shipped early (i.e. all Monday's deliveries could be packed on Friday night and then manually set to Shipped) to allow a 'one-off' stock count of all items over a weekend.
