Setup > Accounting > Manage Accounting Periods - Prior Year is always expanded (upvote enhancement)

Hey All,

When we navigate to Manage Accounting Periods, the prior year is always expanded, even though all of the periods are closed.

I submitted a case to NetSuite and they confirmed that this is an 'enhancement' (weird, I know) and since it's an enhancement it stands to NEVER be resolved.
