Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Template Deprecation

This notice is intended for customers using the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. This change will affect accounts that use the JP Morgan Interbank GIRO Singapore payment file template.

What is Changing?

As of September 24, 2019, the JP Morgan Interbank GIRO Singapore payment template has been deprecated as the bank no longer supports this template format.

The unsupported payment template has been replaced by the JP Morgan Singapore pain.001.001.03 Low and High Value Domestic Payments file template, already available in the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp.

Recommended Actions

To use the new payment file template, you must install or update the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp. The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp adds the Singapore payment formats in the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.
