Mandatory Upgrade for SuiteAnalytics Connect ODBC Drivers

This notification is intended for customers using the Connect Service. The cipher suites for SuiteAnalytics Connect will be upgraded to provide enhanced security for connections. This upgrade is scheduled for November 15, 2019. After this date, ODBC drivers prior to version 8.10.89.0 will no longer be supported.

What is Changing?

The cipher suites upgrade for SuiteAnalytics Connect is targeted for November 15, 2019. After this date, if you are not upgraded to ODBC driver version 8.10.89.0 or 8.10.92.0, you will be unable to access the Connect Service. If you use an ADO.NET driver or JDBC driver to access the Connect Service, no action is required.
