MATRIX OPTION LIST

Hi,

I have a custom list that is used as a MATRIX OPTION LIST I'm trying to delete a record but I get an error : This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records..

I did a saved search to find if any items use this option.

Is there anything else that can be the reason why I can't remove the record ?
