API to apply leave from mobile app

Hi

We planned to develop an inhouse mobile app to be used with EBS. it is expected to handle Leave apply, time card changes, raising requestions and respective approvals through the mobile app.

The mobile app development team wants to know what are the APIs available to perform those tasks in EBS end.

can you please advice on this?
