Setting up SII tax code for Intra-community (EU) invoices

We are having difficulty haveing EU invoices report on the "Desglose IVA" tab in the SII platform.  It seems no matter what we do it shows up n the "Inversion Sujeto Pasivo"  tab.  Would love to talk to someone that is successfully reporting invoices into the Spain Tax Authority.
