Oracle Java SE on Database Server
I have a couple of servers that I wish to improve the security posture on. Currently, they have Oracle 11gR2 RDBMS running on them, but they also have Java SE installed. Can I safely uninstall the Java SE that is on these machines without affecting the database? I'd rather not have to patch something that isn't required for database operation. The database software is installed in \Oracle and the Java SE is installed in C:\Program Files.
