Planned Outage to Australia Post Tracking Services - 19 October from 9:00 pm to 04:00 am AEDT 20 Oct

Please be advised that Australia Post tracking services will undergo approximately seven hours planned outage. The planned outage is scheduled on Saturday, 19 October 2019, from 9:00 pm AEDT to 04:00 am AEDT, Sunday, 20 October 2019.

During the outage, Australia Post tracking services will be unavailable. If you try connecting to tracking services, you will receive a connection error message. The outage was planned to undertake routine maintenance.

To get the latest updates about the planned outage, you can check Australia Post’s Shipping & Tracking APIs status page, https://status.developers.auspost.com.au. If you have any enquiries, please contact Australia Post at Customer_Connectivity@auspost.com.au
